Hello WarRockGlobal troopers!It has been quite some time since we last updated you about the status
of the 8th Slot Permanent/Retail Issue.
We first want to thank all of you Troopers for your patience
surrounding this 8th Slot related issue.
Fortunately, after our announcement / old publisher’s announcement,
we received the set of 8th Slot related data.
We are currently trying in a combined effort with the developer to verify
the completeness of the data.
We will keep you updated on the progress of restoring the data.
On additional note, we find it necessary to clear the followings first among
other misunderstandings in the previous publisher’s message:
- We as the new publisher have never been informed about those 8th Slot sales or how it works by the old publisher.
We also never had any contact with the previous publisher before ,
during or after the transfer of War Rock as we are not bounded by a contract with them.
- We have tried all we could with the developer to get the data in question
since our Troopers first brought the issue to our attention because
it is our mission to provide our Troopers with the best quality service environment.
Once again, we deeply appreciate for our Troopers’ patience and
we will do our best to provide the highest quality service to our Troopers!
